Ben Loosemore NRCS District Conservationist Ben Loosemore is the local NRCS contact for both Benzie and Manistee Counties. He works out of the USDA Service Center in Bear Lake, which is co-located with the Manistee Conservation District. He specializes in one-on-one landowner assistance dealing with cropland and wildlife habitat development.
