Benzie Conservation District
Board of Directors

The District Board is made up of five locally elected directors, each serving four-year terms. Elections are held at the District's annual meeting. Responsibilities of the Board include:

  • Attending board meetings
  • Providing guidance to the executive director
  • Oversight of fiduciary activities of the District
  • Being a positive advocate for the District
  • Participating in fundraising activities

Board meetings are held at the District office in downtown Beulah and are open to the public. Meetings are scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month. Actual dates for 2008 are listed below. Meeting time and/or date changes will be posted here and on our front door.
