Garlic Mustard WorkbeeCohosted with Northwest Michigan Invasive Species Network (ISN) and Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy
When: Thursday, May 21, 2026, 10:00am-12:00pm Where: Railroad Point Natural Area (details) Registration appreciated: Required (visit ISN’s website at the link below) About: Volunteers needed! Help remove garlic mustard, a top 12 invasive species, from the beautiful Railroad Point Natural Area. Garlic mustard crowds out native plants, limits food sources for wildlife, and makes it difficult for other plants to grow. Help protect our forests, flowers, and wildlife by pulling garlic mustard with us this May. Please bring your own water and come prepared for working outdoors. |
