Marianne Dages: Administrative Coordinator

Marianne recently moved to Northern Michigan from Philadelphia in 2025, seeking real winters and greater access to the outdoors. She has a bachelor's degree in art and photography and has developed professional skills in library administration, office management and bookkeeping along the way. 

As Administrative Coordinator, Marianne leads the annual seedling sale, runs the front desk and helps keep BCD's finances in good order as well. In her free time, she enjoys looking for rocks, birds, mushrooms, and native plants while exploring the region's beautiful trails and beaches.
