Seedling sale order policy:

Seedling sale orders must be picked up during the designated pickup day/time. If you are unable to collect your order during that timeframe, please contact us in advance at [email protected]. We are happy to discuss alternative arrangements with you! Unless prior arrangements are made with our staff, orders not picked up during the sale's designated pickup time will be considered cancelled and money forfeited.

Benzie Conservation District reserves the right to cancel and refund orders if necessitated by weather or other reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee stock once it leaves the pickup location.

Shipping policy:

​Shipping costs are calculated as a separate transaction after an order is placed. The cost depends on product weight and destination and is calculated based on the United States Postal Service (USPS) rates. We will contact you for the addition of shipping costs, which can be paid by card over the phone, or through PayPal if the customer requests. 

Shipments to North American residences and other physical addresses are sent via USPS. Shipments are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and all other countries.


Unclaimed item policy:

Pickup orders: unless prior arrangements are made with Benzie Conservation District staff, orders not collected within 30 days of purchase will be canceled. The customer will receive a partial refund to account for a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping orders: if the shipping fee is not paid within 30 days after the customer is informed of the cost, the order will be canceled. The customer will receive a partial refund to account for a 15% restocking fee.
