Upcoming public programs:
  • 11/11: Gyotaku fish printing is a free educational craft event. All are welcome to make and take their own fish print with us from 2:00pm to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 4:00pm at the Mills Community House in Benzonia.
  • 11/16 Board Meeting: the public is always invited to attend our board meetings and provide input. The November session will take place on the 16th at 4:00pm in our office (280 S. Benzie Blvd., Beulah, MI 49617).
  • 11/30: District Readers book club will be meeting over Zoom to discuss Saving Arcadia: A Story of Conservation and Community in the Great Lakes by Heather Shumaker from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
  • 12/7: Save the date! Our annual meeting will begin at 6:00pm at the Mills Community House in Benzonia, featuring guest speaker Sam Wolfe from Sleeping Bear Wildlife Fund.

Office hours:
We will be closed on November 10th in observance of Veterans Day, and closed November 23rd and 24th for Thanksgiving. Our standard office hours remain Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
